Mădălina is a Certified Coach having completed the Coach Training Alliance (CTA) Certified Coach Program, an internationally recognised qualification from the United States. The programme is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and meets the educational requirements for the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential.

Originally trained in dental medicine at Carol Davila University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest, Mădălina soon discovered her true calling in helping others navigate life’s challenges with clarity, confidence and purpose. Her experience working with people in diverse environments has nurtured a deep empathy and an intuitive understanding of the unique pressures students face during times of transition.

As co-founder of Axiom Global Education, Mădălina plays a central role in guiding students and families through academic and emotional crossroads. She specialises in supporting middle and secondary school students as they explore their goals, define their direction and build the resilience needed for future success. Her coaching style is rooted in curiosity, compassion and trust, always tailored to each student’s individual journey.
