A practice, not a service
Built slowly, through years of close work with families who understand education is never only academic.
Axiom did not begin as a business. It began inside schools and universities, in years of close work with families making decisions that would shape their children's lives.
What became clear was that the strongest outcomes came from time. From students who were guided over years, not weeks. From families who thought about education before they thought about admission.
Axiom is the practice built around that understanding. A private practice based in Bucharest, working with families across Europe and beyond. Mentorship, academic depth, and the belief that education is never only about where a student goes. It is about who they become along the way.
That a young person's education is not the sum of their grades, but the shape of their mind by the time they leave home
Real preparation begins years before the deadline. We work with families from Year 5 to Year 13, not application seasons.
Our work depends on depth, continuity, and trust. We choose to work with a limited number of families each year.
No outsourced essays. No layers between us and the student.
The strongest educational path is not always the loudest one.

Thomas Williams
First Class Honours in Education and Child Psychology. British Education Specialist. Over fifteen years of international experience inside UK schools and consultancies.
His approach combines academic depth, personal growth, and the kind of preparation that builds the student long before it builds the application. Designed to surface what is genuine and distinct in each student, rather than what is easily marketable.
Because meaningful mentorship is never only about admissions. It is about who a student is becoming in the process.
“Most students do not need more pressure. They need clarity, direction, and someone who understands the system from the inside.”

Mădălina Cioacă
She works in the space between academic direction, emotional clarity, and family dynamics, helping young people grow not only into stronger applicants, but into more grounded, self-aware human beings.
Her work focuses on confidence, clarity, and resilience. The inner qualities students need before, during, and long after the application years. She coaches students and parents through the transitions that shape a young person's direction.
Because education is never only academic. The real transformation happens in confidence, identity, and the way a student learns to navigate the world.
“The application is the easy part. The harder work happens in the room. Between the child and the parents.”
Slowly. By hand. With the same families, over the years that matter most
There is no enrolment season. There are no packages. Every family we accept begins with a conversation, and that conversation continues for as long as the relationship serves the student.

Boarding placements at Wycombe Abbey, Brighton College, and Sevenoaks. University offers from Oxford, Cambridge, and Harvard.
These are the destinations. They are not the point. What matters is the student who arrives there. Already confident, already curious, already shaped by years of careful work.
