1. About Axiom

Axiom is a private educational practice based in Bucharest, working with a limited number of families each year. Our work includes boarding school advisory, university strategy, family coaching, academic development, and global projects, as described on our website.

2. Engagement by Introduction

We accept families by introduction. Submitting an enquiry does not create a binding engagement. An engagement begins only once both parties have agreed, in writing, on the scope of work, the duration, and the applicable fees.

We reserve the right to decline or end an engagement where we believe we are not the right fit for a family’s needs.

3. Services

We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Education, admissions, and coaching outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including the student’s own work and the decisions of schools and universities. We therefore do not guarantee any particular result, placement, offer, grade, or admission.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for each engagement are agreed in advance and set out in your engagement documentation. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable within the period indicated on the invoice. We may suspend services where invoices remain unpaid.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Scheduled sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled in line with the notice period agreed in your engagement documentation. Sessions cancelled without sufficient notice may be charged in full.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, and all materials we create in the course of an engagement, remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Materials shared with a family are provided for that family’s personal use and may not be reproduced or distributed without our consent.

7. Acceptable Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or any system or network connected to it.
• Copy, distribute, or exploit any part of the website except as expressly permitted.
